Do people lose weight by eating Chia Seeds?

When it comes to beauty standard, many people portray a skinny woman or a muscled man. But, how can we be skinny when ice cream and a bite on a slice of pepperoni pizza are BAE?

Losing weight can be a struggle or a journey for many people. Every single body reacts differently. Personally, if I don't eat well during a week, I am already skinny. However, some people need to go through gym sessions and consume lost weight products to achieve their dream body.

Chia seeds are very small seeds that come from the mint family. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. They are rich in antioxidants,

and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Diets high in fiber have been linked to weight loss.

However, there is not a clear evidence that consumption of chia seeds causes weight lost. Nevertheless, chia seeds can help lowering cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure.

PS: chia seeds can be eaten raw or prepared in a number of dishes.
